Selected operating work through Growleady

What Steven’s role at Growleady supports, what the company reports collectively, and the limits on attributing agency evidence to personal advisory work.

Steven founded Growleady in 2020 and remains its CEO. Growleady describes his work as spanning the B2B outbound system: targeting, contact data, cold email infrastructure, messaging, qualification and appointment setting.

The operating context

Growleady was built around a practical distinction: B2B companies need qualified sales conversations, not an activity report. Running the company has kept Steven close to the trade-offs between target market, offer, messaging, infrastructure, qualification and sales handoff.

That operating experience informs his work as a Fractional Head of Growth, particularly where inconsistent pipeline, outbound systems or sales and marketing alignment are part of the problem.

What Growleady reports

Growleady reports that its team has worked with more than 500 B2B clients since 2020 and generated more than $50M in client-reported pipeline.

Pipeline is defined by Growleady as client-reported opportunity value associated with its campaigns. It is not the same as closed revenue. The figures are aggregate agency results and are not personal fractional engagement outcomes.

Steven’s role

Public Growleady material supports that Steven founded and leads the business and works across its outbound operating system. It does not support attributing every client outcome solely to him.

Where a future case study refers to a named client, this site will separate Steven’s contribution from work delivered by Growleady’s campaign team and link to the underlying evidence.

Evidence and limitations

This page is an operating evidence note, not a claim that Growleady agency work was delivered as fractional leadership.
