Growth diagnostic

A growth diagnostic is a fixed piece of work to name the constraint and leave a 90-day plan. What you receive, and what it does not oblige you to buy.

A growth diagnostic is a fixed-scope review of a B2B commercial system. It is for the moment when pipeline is uneven, the team disagrees on the cause, or several plausible fixes are competing for the same people.

The output is a constraint, a current-state view, a 90-day plan with owners, and a candid recommendation. That recommendation might be fractional leadership, a specialist, an internal hire, more evidence, or no further outside help. Continuing with Steven is not a condition of receiving it.

The diagnostic is one of the two formats of business growth consulting. The full scope is on the growth diagnostic page. It is not a free audit. Steven is not a fractional CFO, and the diagnostic is not a review of the accounts.

Bring the situation. The first question is whether you need a consultant, a fractional chief growth officer, or a different hire entirely.
